Staff were brilliant, atmosphere was quiet, it had handy location right by city centre spotless rooms, Chester, shops. The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of reasonably priced food.

We loved our brilliant stay. Enjoyable location, very spacious bed and, of course, elegant staff. A bus station was located steps away from the hotel. The views from our wonderful bedroom were unbelievable. Service was really very good, that made the property absolutely brilliant place.

The place was attractive and top-notch and the staff were enthusiastic, the location was perfect close to town centre. Airy and cosy units with extremely comfortable mattresses. Reasonably clean hotel, good service.

Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. For lunch or dinner go to Sarnies, located near the hotel. Big room and really comfortable beds. Regards to your chef. Would definitely recommend to others.

The staff was great, the room was lovely and the location met the demands. 5 min walk from chester train station. 200 metres from the hotel you'll find Sticky Walnut, you'll definitely enjoy your meal
